US
Hello, my name is Meghan Stone-Tuers and in July of 2024 I made the very exciting decision to create Colorado Critter Sitter.
​
Animals are my absolute passion. I attended Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and graduated in 2016. Since graduating I spent 8 years working in a veterinary clinic setting as veterinary technician. While working as a veterinary technician I learned a lot about animal behavior and animal medicine. However, I found myself at the top of the field with no other areas to grow and learn in so I decided to walk away from the veterinary field. I missed working with all the animals that I saw on a daily basis so I decided to start a pet services business, and it has brought me so much joy!
My partner and I are the sole operators currently, however, we are excited to expand the team in the future. Our services include; walking, drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting. I currently serve the Castle Rock, Castle Pines and parts of Parker and Franktown areas only.
